Free Lumber All the Way From Italy!
I can never say no to a good lumber deal! One thing I have a hard time saying no to is free lumber. Around the homestead you can always use good wood. Last summer I sold some 4X4 posts on a local classified. One of the gentlemen that purchased some wood gave me a call

Winter Chickens
This winter has been strange. This last summer was really hot, dry, and brutal for our garden and the animals. I fully expected winter to be mild with a lack of snow since it has been so dry for several years; but it has been quite the opposite. In fact, it has been non-stop snow.
