My first Harvest Right run!
Now don’t get me wrong, I am familiar with freeze drying because my wife talked me into one last year and has jumped in with both feet. She has several YouTube instruction vids that are some of our most popular vids on our channel. But I have never used the machine myself. I decided that I wanted to give it a try but had to do something as manly as I could. So I did homemade beef stew specifically for the camper so I could have good meals if I go on a hunt. Manly right? Anyways I learned that there is a lot that goes into it and I learned a lot. But man am I excited now that we have 9-10 healthy, meaty meals for the camper.
